Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled in the Atomic Exact Time mobile and macOS applications. The app does not require an account, show advertising or sell personal data.

Information processed by the app

Clock format, theme, alarm targets, time markers and synchronization history are stored only on your device. They are not sent to developer-operated servers. You can delete them by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

Time calibration

When you start calibration, the app sends encrypted HTTPS requests to independent sources such as Cloudflare, WorldTimeAPI and TimeAPI.io. A request is used only to measure reference time and network latency. It does not contain your name, email, app content or precise location. Standard connection logs operated by those services may temporarily contain your IP address and are governed by each provider's privacy policy.

Purchases and RevenueCat

Pro purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat is used to validate subscription status and restore purchases. For app functionality, RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, store, country/currency and purchase history. Atomic Exact Time cannot access your payment card or bank details and does not use an advertising identifier.

Notifications and device permissions

Notification permission for Precision Alarm is optional. Alarm targets and notification content are scheduled on-device. Declining permission does not prevent the foreground countdown from working. The app does not request access to location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.

Analytics, advertising and tracking

The app contains no analytics or advertising SDK. Data is not used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies and is not sold to third parties.

Retention and deletion

Local information remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Store and RevenueCat purchase records may be kept for as long as needed to validate and restore purchases, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. You may email us to request deletion of your RevenueCat record.

Children's privacy

Atomic Exact Time does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child's information has been processed.

International processing

Time providers, app stores and RevenueCat may operate infrastructure in multiple countries. They process information under their own policies and applicable data-protection safeguards.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the effective date on this page will be updated. You can review the current policy before continuing to use the app.
