By downloading or using Atomic Exact Time, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Atomic Exact Time is a utility that compares the device clock with independent internet time sources and presents estimated offset, latency, jitter and confidence. Features may vary by platform, device and operating-system limitations.

Accuracy and safety limitations

Results are affected by network latency, device hardware, operating-system scheduling and server availability. Displayed uncertainty is an estimate, not a guarantee of absolute accuracy. The app must not replace life-safety, medical, aviation, financial, emergency or legally certified timestamp systems.

Precision Alarm and background operation

Millisecond precision is targeted while the app is in the foreground and the screen remains awake. Apple and Google operating systems may restrict background execution, so background notifications can be approximate or delayed.

Atomic Exact Time Pro

Pro may be offered as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The current price and billing period are shown by the store before purchase confirmation. Subscription charges are billed to your Apple or Google store account and may renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. A restore-purchases option is available in the app.

Refunds and cancellation rights

Payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refund and withdrawal requests must be submitted to the applicable store under its rules and any mandatory consumer rights in your location.

Acceptable use

You may not disrupt the app or time sources, create excessive traffic, bypass security controls, reverse engineer the app or infringe another party's rights. Rights granted by applicable open-source licenses remain unaffected.

Intellectual property

The Atomic Exact Time name, design, app content and original software belong to their respective rights holders. These terms grant a limited, non-transferable right to use the app personally and lawfully.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free time measurements. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, we are not liable for indirect loss or damage arising from use of the app.

Changes and termination

Features and these terms may change for security, legal or product development reasons. The effective date will be updated for material changes. Use that violates these terms may be restricted.

Governing law

Subject to mandatory consumer protections, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Non-waivable rights available to consumers in their own country remain unaffected.
